What is Utila?
Utila is the stablecoin and digital asset infrastructure platform for institutions.
Utila empowers organizations of all sizes to securely manage and build on digital assets.
💳 We’re a Mastercard Crypto Program Partner

Utila has been named a launch partner in the Mastercard Crypto Partner Program, joining a select group of companies helping connect digital assets with global payments infrastructure.
The program reflects a broader shift toward real-world payment use cases - and reinforces our focus on giving fintechs, PSPs, banks, and enterprises the wallet and stablecoin infrastructure they need to operate at scale.
💳 Rethinking Stablecoin Cards

Stablecoin cards are gaining traction, but the infrastructure model behind many programs still leaves issuers with limited control over margins, compliance, treasury, and settlement.
We published a blog exploring why a more modular approach matters - and how owning more of the stack can give issuers greater control over how card programs are structured, operated, and scaled.
🚨 Lessons from the Resolv Hack

The Resolv exploit showed how quickly stablecoin risk can escalate when governance controls are treated as follow-on work rather than core infrastructure. In a recent article, we examined the control gaps that made the incident possible - and outlined what stablecoin issuers need in place to govern minting, enforce limits, and respond faster under pressure.
🏦 New Stablecoin Guide for Banks

Stablecoins are creating new pressure on banks to rethink how payments, settlement, and treasury operations are run. Our latest guide breaks down the five banking use cases gaining traction, the infrastructure behind them, and what it takes to bring stablecoin workflows into production securely and at scale.
🇦🇺 Powering Project Acacia

Utila has been selected as the wallet infrastructure provider for Project Acacia, the Reserve Bank of Australia’s initiative exploring how digital money and tokenised assets can operate in the real economy.
Working alongside Australian Payments Plus, Hashgraph, and Hgraph, we’re helping support one of the most advanced public-sector digital asset pilots underway today - built around real-money flows, regulated infrastructure, and national-scale payments use cases.
📖 Customer Stories: Tyr Capital & SquareFi

This month, we published two new customer stories showing how institutions use Utila to support very different growth paths.
Tyr Capital chose Utila to power secure, flexible onchain yield strategies across chains, while SquareFi adopted Utila as the custody layer behind its expanding stablecoin product stack - highlighting how institutional teams use the platform to scale with stronger controls, faster execution, and infrastructure built for growth.
🚀 New Partnerships

This month, we also announced new partnerships that expand how institutional clients access Bitcoin DeFi and diversified onchain yield through Utila.
Rootstock BTC vault with Tyr Capital and Mellow: Governed infrastructure for moving BTC into Rootstock and managing institutional BTC strategies.
Lazy Summer Protocol: Diversified yield access across multiple lending markets with automated rebalancing and policy-controlled execution.
These partnerships extend what clients can do onchain without giving up the governance, security, and operational controls required for institutional use.
🦾 New Supported Blockchains

This month, we expanded Utila’s blockchain coverage to support institutions operating across more emerging networks and ecosystems.
Robinhood Chain Testnet: Early support for teams exploring new tokenized asset and onchain finance use cases.
Monad: Institutional wallet infrastructure for a high-performance EVM environment built for scale.
Tempo Mainnet: Day-one support with MPC wallets, policy controls, and API-based automation.
These additions give clients earlier access to new ecosystems while keeping operations consistent under the same security, policy, and automation framework.
🦾 New Product Updates

This month, we rolled out several product updates designed to make digital asset operations more efficient, controlled, and production-ready for institutional teams.
TRON resource management: Native staking, delegation, and energy rental to help reduce transaction costs on TRON.
Bitcoin PSBT support: Advanced Bitcoin signing for more complex transaction flows and native BTC-to-RBTC peg-ins.
Native CCTP for USDC: Simpler cross-chain USDC transfers through Circle’s official burn-and-mint infrastructure.
Together, these updates expand how clients manage cost, liquidity, and treasury movement through a single governed operational layer.
